Where are you from? Cardiff.

Q1/ How do you know the Gledhill/Davies Family?

I’ve known Low for over 20 years now, my chocolate lab Doris was her first private patient. We’ve been friends ever since. I first met Bob when Will arrived and they were living in the caravan. Since then I’ve become friends with the extended family and become a ‘proper farmer!’ Not many people can say they have a cow named after them. Low Bob and Will were our honorary family and witnesses at our wedding, they helped make our day really special.

Q2/ What is your proudest accomplishment?

Marrying the love of my life, against all odds and bringing up a daughter.

Q3/ How are you getting involved with the 3 peaks MotorOn challenge?

I am the pain who is bombarding you with emails. My family and I will be taking part and volunteering at various stages of the challenge.

Q4/ What’s your favourite thing to listen to to keep motivated?

500 miles by The Proclaimers

Q5/ What influenced you to become involved with MotorOn Cymru?

When good friends need your help there is no question. They have always been there for me and I will be there for them.

Q6/ What are your top tips when training for an event?

Hmmm I’m not much of an athlete to be honest but my tip would be never give up, and focus on the reason you are doing it.

Q7/ If you were cooking dinner for 4 celebrities, who would you invite and what would you cook?

Well my speciality is usually curry. I would invite Julia Roberts, I love all of her films, Rod Stewart for a song and a laugh, Prince Harry as I think he needs looking after and David Attenborough, to learn more about the wonders of the natural world.

Q8/ What is your biggest fear?

Rats/rodents.

Q9/ What would you sing at karaoke?

Fallen by Lauren Wood and Reach for the stars, but my family and friends wouldn’t call it singing.

Q10/ If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

To put everything that’s unjust in this world right.
