Where are you from?

Q1. How do you know the Gledhill/Davies Family?

I am lucky enough to have worked with Bob and Lowri for the last 10 years at SMART

Q2. What is your proudest accomplishment?

Completing my first half marathon back in 2017, after a long history of chronic back pain, and never looking back since!

Q3. How are you getting involved with the 3 peaks MotorOn challenge?

I am volunteering at all stages and walking up the last mountain Pen-y-fan, with my husband and my dad-something I have not done since I was a kid.

Q4. What’s your favourite thing to listen too to keep motivated?

Any upbeat and cheerful music….motown and soul are personal favourites

Q5. What influenced you to become involved with MotorOn Cymru?

Bob, Lowri and Will and all they are facing as a family. I feel utterly privileged to have got to know them all over the last 10 years and can honestly say that my life would not be what it is today without their support, encouragement and trust. They are true inspirations. It has been incredibly frustrating and heart-breaking to see the lack of proactive support available to help battle this cruel disease and I am more than happy to support anything that leads to a positive change in relation to this.

Q6. What are your top tips when training for an event?

Drink more water, less wine 😉 Change it up-don’t stick to the same routes and routines. Wear good socks! Any training is a win-don’t be too hard on yourself!

Q7. If you were cooking dinner for 4 celebrities, who would you invite and what would you cook?

Michael Ball (just for a hug!)
Claudia Winkleman (for the laughs)
Aretha Franklin (for the music and sass-if we are allowed dead people-otherwise Sam Smith on standby)
Sara Cox (so we could be best friends)
I would cook my mams chicken tikka masala……hands down best curry in the world! Followed by cheesecake-I’ve got quite good at these in the pandemic.

Q8. What is your biggest fear?

Drowning in a tidal wave

Q9. What would you sing at karaoke?

Respect Aretha Franklin

Q10. If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
