Where are you from? Anglesey in North Wales.

Q1/ How do you know the Gledhill/Davies Family?

I know Bob from the late 80’s when we worked together for Encounter Overland, We have had several more adventures together over the years. I met lowri for the first time at Eddie Olivers house when Billy Preston was staying with him. This quiet (???!) lady must be Bobs new girlfriend.

Q2/ What is your proudest accomplishment?

My proudest achievement would be my two sons

Q3/ How are you getting involved with the 3 peaks MotorOn challenge?

I am walking the 3 peaks, riding a bike is a step too far for me!

Q4/ What’s your favourite thing to listen to to keep motivated?

A little bit of vintage AC/DC goes a way to keeping me motivated

The fact that Bob has tolerated me all these years meant I felt obliged to get involved.

I am not someone you take training tips from!

4 celebrities, not sure I know of 4. Probably Brian Johnson from AC /DC, Guy Martin, James May and Nick Mason, as they are all massive petrol heads but have a different slant on it. Menu would be a panic and help from my wife Susi as usual

My biggest fear is of something bad happening to Susi or the boys
